[Imc-radio] Upload, fix-up, trouble-shoot, etc.

Hi, IMC Radio-istas:

I'll be at the IMC this evening from 9:30 til 11PM or so, working on
uploading, fixing up the audio that David mentioned, and trouble-shooting
the speakers in the production room to see if I can get a signal out of
them.

If anyone has time to come by that late in the evening to work on all
these things with me, you'd be welcome, and it could turn into an
impromptu training session.

I'll try to write up a step-by-step on each of these things, so that
people can learn more...
