[Imc-radio] clean and set up media production and IMC staff rooms

I was contacted by a woman who wants to use the media production room in 
January to film for public access.

She offered to help clean it up tomorrow, Saturday from 10-1.  I am 
staffing at that time and told her I would help clean.

Please drop by the first floor if you want to help.

I will not bring machines up yet until I know the space is secure.  Dave 
is hanging a door tomorrow.
