[Imc-radio] Request to Edit Radio Email Archive

I received an inquiry from a gentleman who stopped by the IMC recently about editing an archived email message by deleting his unlisted phone number from an email he sent to the Radio list in 2003. He says he's inquired about this before, but the request may have been overlooked.
