[Imc-tech] website bugs?

I don't know what's up with the site.  This situation seems to crop up now 
and again, but I'm not savvy enough to fix it.

As for the Octopus story, I pulled it, due to source's second 
thoughts.  The news is still true, but he asked me to hold off a little longer.
