[Imc-tech] print.ucimc.org link fix needed ASAP!!!

hi all,

there's a prominent link at the top of the page called:

"Post a story or comment for the public i staff"

it points to:
http://print.ucimc.org/webcast/publish.php3

but should point to:

http://print.ucimc.org/publish.php3

could someone fix this IMMEDIATELY -- it's probably the FIRST thing people 
who want to post something to the public i will click on and it's 
frustrating to get an error message.
