Present: Clint, Sascha, Zach, Brian, Paul, Travas

Discussed global IMC problem over the previous weekend -- their DNS went 
down and weren't properly configured for backup DNS.   Caused e-mail lists 
to go down, which made communications difficult.

How can we (u-c imc) help?  We could host backup DNS, maybe MX.

Clint set up the P200 to be a file server, with tape backup.

In order to get the file server up we need a big HD -- 100 GB ATA 100, 
around $250.  Sascha says we have $$, need to ask steering for it.  For 
file server to be effective we need faster network, upgrade to 100baseT 
hub, 'round $140, will ask steering for cash money.

Dual P-II box will be IMC/Groogroo mirror.  Much fighting about what to 
name it.  Nobody likes Paul's suggestion, which is left out here so as not 
to hurt the mayor's feelings.  This will be done within two weeks (Clint 
and Zach).

Talked about having Bugzilla up to track problems.  Clint will install on 
P200 or groogroo.

Mike Walcher asks about treaded discussion.  General consensus is that's 
what e-mail is for, since the mailman e-mail archives provide a threaded 
view.
