My feeling is that you could go either way:

We'll be there all day so there is technically no need for regular
staff...however we'll be busy all day so it might be nice to have
someone around to deal with folks who come in and have questions or
whatnot.

I don't imagine your daughter would be a "nuisance" to us in the sense
of bothering us or getting in our way but we will be running power
tools and playing with the electricity. This may or may not be a
safety hazard depending on how curious/exploratory she is. 

Ultimately I'd say its up to you. I don't think anyone would mind if
you opted out and didn't show up. I don't think anyone would mind if
you did show up.
