[Imc-tech] format adjustment?

Yah peter that actually annoys me to. I'll add it to my list of wanted
features but it isn't going to happen _real_ soon. I am really really
trying hard to limit my volunteer stuff and unload as much
responsibility as possible because I'm completely overburdened
lately. So right now I am spending time slowly teaching the other
members of the tech team how to do features like this. After we have
that training in place we will tackle the todo list and future admin
will be much more efficient.
