[Imc-tech] Active 1.7.0 upgrade

Just my 2 cents - I prefer blue scheme of www.indymedia.org: looks better,
and I also think it's a good idea to provide as unified an IMC experience
as possible.  Or something like that :-).  Anyway, Dan, thanks for working
on this - I'm sure we all appreciate it.  -Mike
