Can we Increase the Awareness of the Community Calendar on the HomePage by making it more visible with a Icon of a Calandar 

and what is the status of the talk we had at the regional gathering of installing a really nice threaded discussion board?

It is very difficult to have lengthy conversations online on specifc topics through email without filling up EVERYONES email box, including those not interested 

therefore a Threaded discussion forum is ideal.
