Does this mean it IS open source?

 
 I desire a Threaded Discussion Forum where each topic can be declared and a intense discussion can then develop over time 
Organized differently than the NewsWire 
the Threaded Forum will drastically inprove the communication for the local activist community and discussion of planning can be coordinated more readily
in solidarity,
