[Imc-tech] Where is "add my comments"?

it doesnt seem that one can "add comments, etc" on the
newswire?

when i scroll to the bottom of the messages i thought 
there was a clickable like to "add comments"

there is a sentence saying
 add your own longer comments (including web links and
multimedia uploads) 

BUT

that sentence is unreadable and im not sure if its the
right one because it says "longer comments"
