[Imc-tech] case fan from mink/mo. jones

It seems very likely that the problems we're having with Mink/Mother Jones 
(audio editing workstation) are due to heat.  I'd like to go ahead and but 
a turbo cooling fan from champaign computer, since I think that's generally 
superior to keeping the case open all the time.
