[Imc-tech] "adding a comment" form

Hi,

I'm a grad student in library & information science at U Illinois, currently
working on a web site for the Centre d'Etudes des Tunnels in France.  I was
browsing your site and I noticed the "adding a comment" form
(http://urbana.indymedia.org/comment.php3) ; I liked the interface and I
would like to know the name of the program or maybe where I could download
it from so that I can integrate a similar form into our site.  Or did you
code the PHP yourselves?  If its code publicly available, could you tell me
where I can get it?
