[Imc-tech] No Editing???

The last couple of days I've encountered a problem. Whenever I attempt
to use the editing screen to edit a story I get duoplicate copy of the
story or comment, instead of a refreshed version of the original, when I
press the "Submit Article" button at the bottom of the screen.
Previously, this worked fine for editing. Is there supposed to be a
different place to edit stories now or is something just broke?
