That's very exciting!  I grew up in Harrisburg, and used to drive
every other night to SIU to swim on the USS team, which practiced there.

That's certainly possible.  There are several people here who could
give you an overview of what it takes to start an IMC, and I am sure
they will respond to you.  I can offer an overview of the technical
logistics of setting up an IMC site and of radio production, but
others would be better equipped to discuss space/finance/organization
issues.  If you are going to be here, it would be easier to do these
overviews in person.

Good nights to visit our space would be Wednesday and Thursdays, when
there are several meetings happening and a critical mass of people
present.  If you stop by either of those nights after 5pm, there are
people here who could give you a tour.  "Daily operations" often
happen via email/phone/web, but we do have weekly face-to-face
meetings, which are critical to the organization.
