you find a job or don't want your resume to be viewed
by our employers. We will store your resume(s) discretely until you

back into the job market and "activate" it again.

Search and Apply To Jobs:
You can search and apply to jobs of our diversity
minded employers with a user account and resume.

Customize Resume:
Customized resumes deliver better results. Because
each resume should be customized to match each job
requirement we offer job seekers the ability to store
up to 5 resumes that you can use for each job. For
Example, you could your "management" resume,
highlighting your management skills, to apply to a
management position and another resume which highlights
your "programming" skills to apply a programmer position.
