[Imc-tech] Laptop WANTED, ideas, etc.

Can someone tell me the easiest/cheapest way to acquire a decent laptop to run Dreamweaver and then later upload the site to the internet , also it must be able to connect to University LAN , wireless at the iMC , possibly 56K but not sure if i need that.

also, I know Dan at St Louis IMC is working on a barter / trade website for their area and I'm wondering if we could have a plce to post WANT ADS, SERVICES, etc.
