[Imc-tech] IMC library site

Hi Tech,

I just tried to access the IMC library site (http://ucimc.org/library/)
and got a 404 error both from the IMC and from home. The directory is
still there (/var/www/urbana/library), the permissions haven't been
changed. Any ideas on why the site is not accessible? Any help? Please let
me know how you were able to fix it so that I can perhaps do that in the
future.
