I just found this! LA IMC and Chiapas IMC both have there Message Boards hosted at this site below

   The LA one is linked from there homepage and i am not sure if Chiapas is yet because i cannot read spanish.

    I am suggesting that we take a look around at the Other iMC's and incorporate something similar.

And for the Chat , we should have some sorta chat client also?
