[Imc-tech] problem with pgsql

There is something wrong with postgres on my server as of some time
this morning. It was ok until 9am or so (thats when the last story was
posted).

It is dropping any connection that is made to it because the server
process handling the connection dies. I don't know why. 

I haven't had a chance to figure out the problem yet (just became
aware of it).

I have to go do some stuff but I'll try to fix this tonight.
