[Imc-tech] Phone interface into board

If I plug the phone interface into the mixer board, either line-in or
amped, either RCA or 1/4 inch, I get an enormous amount of static on
the phone handset, even if the mixer board is off.  The phone
interface works fine if I plug it into a portable MD.  I'd like us to
try to figure that out tonight, because with the lack of portable MD's
puts us in a critical situation w.r.t. phone interviews.
