** FOR ILLINOIS RESIDENTS ONLY** A very limited amount of discretionary
technical assistance funds are available from the Illinois Arts Council
for individuals working within Illinois arts organizations who have not
recently received program/ general support from the Council. Applications
are due 8-10 weeks prior to the event (which means right away if you plan
to attend the NAMAC conference in Seattle). For application procedures and
