The conversion of the old database is now complete.  The remaining
tasks are:

(a) Fix html and color yuckiness
(b) Fix images to be ours and not generic
(c) Fix/add links to calendar, library, etc. to match current site
(d) Fix links from library/print sites to point correctly in new site
(e) Post an article describing the upcoming transition on the old site
(f) Post an article describing the completed transition on the new
site.
(g) Turn features on old site into articles on new site, and then mark
said articles as features.
(h) Turn off posting at old site
(i) Swap the sites (i.e. make www.ucimc.org point to /var/www/ucimc-dada 
and make inactive.ucimc.org point to /var/www/urbana/webcast)
(j) Pray.
