For some reason, sometimes when media is uploaded a thumbnail is not
created for it.  (I believe this is fixed in the next version, due out
this week.)  The features use the thumbnails to display.  If you log
in as an editor and click the media link, and then click "edit" on the
media in question, if it doesn't have a thumbnail there will be a
"Create thumbnail" at the bottom of the screen.  Click it, and all is
well.

I did this for the Chief poster feature.
