[Imc-tech] network update

Ameritech serviced my line on Friday. Sol Tec gave me ANOTHER newer
(and slightly better) router today.

We'll see if this fixes the problems. 

The UIUCnet problem still exists. That is a separate problem from the
complete outages and extreme packet loss we've been having for the
past week or so.
