What will you need from us as hosts? Will you have your own tech team?
Will you install your own version of dada or other IMC software? Or
will you need us to handle software installation and configuration for
you? Will you be able to help us pay for our bandwidth (if not
immediately, would you be able to commit to some funding after your
IMC gets off the ground)? Our technical resources (both funding for
bandwidth and the time of our people to handle software admin) are
stretched pretty thin right now, so we'd probably need some kinds of
commitments from you. 

I'm Cc'ing this to our tech and web teams to see what other concerns
or ideas people have.
