Dear friends, when I posted this article I made a mistake in the title
that I was unable to correct on the website.  It
should read 2/28 NATIONAL CITIZEN STRIKE FOR PEACE rather than 2/29
NATIONAL CITIZEN STRIKE FOR PEACE.

I'd very much appreciate it if you would either correct this for me or
instruct me as to how to do that myself.
