[Imc-tech] Problems with Publishing

I tried post a story and had problems. Instead of getting the Preview
screen, I just got a blank screen and two hidden copies of the article,
#8710 and #8711.

I unhid one copy, but noticed the graphic file that should have gone
with it was missing. So I tried to upload the image seperately getting
an error message that said something to the effect that zero files had
been uploaded.

So it seems like there are two places where things are broken.
