[Imc-tech] Toner Cartridge

The laserprinter's toner cartridge is out.  CDW has them for
$90...you might be able to find them cheaper elsewhere.

I'm hoping this can be discretionary spending on the IMC's part.  I
don't have the time to fundraise for it, but an IMC without a working
printer would be an unhappy IMC.
