[Imc-tech] update on net stability

Note that I'm having some issues with connectivity between
imsahp/cu.groogroo/ucimc.org and other hosts on Sol Tec's
network. Because of some problem in Sol Tec's routers I can get out to
the internet but I can't get to stuff right here on Sol Tec's
network. That includes machines on the DSL at the IMC. Rebooting the
router fixes this but that is only a temporary fix that eventually
fails again.

I'm in contact with Sol Tec and hopefully they will have it fixed
tomorrow but until then don't trust my server to be accessible from
the IMC. It should be accessible from non-Sol Tec locations though.
