[Imc-tech] Website Sloooow

I had cranked up the concurrency of postfix/amavis/clam from 4 to 16
in anticipation of the December 1st mail rush. That didn't cause a
problem yesterday but today a heavy mail load mixed with the daily
backup script which was accessing the same drive as the swap drive to
just drive us into hell. I cranked back the concurrency on the mail
server to 4, killed the backup, and let the mail queue clear. Things
are fine now.

Feel free to give me a call 217-621-6768 anytime that the server is
slow of more than 15 minutes. I might not always answer, I might not
always be able to deal with it right then, but I am always interested
to hear about it as soon as it happens.
