[Imc-tech] Library link and tech help

hey ellen,

i've added a "library" link to the top nav bar.  the search issue is
beyond my capabilities -- it would take me quite some time to learn
how to fix it.  perhaps someone else could look at it since they could
probably fix it right-quick?
