[Imc-tech] RAM upgraded

I just upgraded the RAM on the chambana.net/ucimc.org/weft.org/groogroo/imsahp 
server.

We now have 640MB where we used to have only 384MB. This should fix a
lot of the problems we've been having for the past month or so. 

I've also rearranged the file systems a little bit so that we have
even more breathing room than we had after the last time I rearranged
the filesystems. This clears the way for the full upgrade from woody
to sid. I'm upgrading the packages for that as we speak.

I also vacuumed the dust out of the server while it was down. :)
