[Imc-tech] postgres upgraded

I've ugpraded postgresql. There was a service outage for a while this
afternoon but not very much on the system uses postgresql at the
moment so it didn't affect much.

I did notice a "statefarm" database that I didn't recognize. I'm not
sure who owns that. Anyone? Bueller?
