I reset the DSL router at IMC. After it finished its self-test, the link
lights were no different than before. It seems like it has established
the DSL connection. Still, I cannot ping the gateway, .241, from the
Linux router at 192.168.1.1.

Presumably the .241 gateway is at Soltec?  Sascha says he will give them
a call tomorrow.

The disconnection might have something to do with the recent weather.
