[Imc-tech] Website Down

Weird. Apache processes were getting stuck again. This was happening a
while ago and a kernel upgrade and reboot seemed to help. Maybe the
reboot just staved it off. I don't really know what is causing
it. Just for the heck of it I'll go ahead and reboot tonight.

I'll keep an eye on this.
