[Imc-tech] Strange Post: Hack Attmpt?

This post showed up this morning, shortly after I hid the latest bit o' 
crap from Jack:

It seems like it might be some weird attempt as screwing with php. Maybe 
it's just soembody's random attempt at having some fun, but if it 
indicates anything else, I thought I should draw attention to it. Trying 
to open the file gives a forbidden error message. I've hidden it, since 
it is just empty.
