It just worked for me.

If you are logged in when viewing the site, I've often found that 
dumping your IMC cookies will then allow you to log out. After that, you 
can log back in and things will be OK. However, if you don't dump the 
cookies first, you can't even log out. Wierd and I don't know if this 
helps as a clue, but it may work as a solution when you find yourself stuck.
