Continuing drama, this time with Apache PID 21748. It was running for
about 90 CPU minutes, started at 4:34pm.
Looks like it was stuck trying to send http://www.ucimc.org/components/help.js,
which is a very short file. Maybe the connection was terminated, and
for some reason it didn't notice?
