it's been down all day and i've been getting a lot of inquiries about it 
here at the media reform conference (because of the post office purchase). 
given that the UCIMC is being mentioned daily on Democracy Now, we're 
probably also getting a lot of folks checking us out.  any idea when 
things will be fixed?  or even what the problem is?
