[IMC-Tech] help! paypal link doesn't exist and letters just went out

the 500 letters we just mailed today (arriving monday) say to go to
http://www.ucimc.org/paypal to donate, but it does not exist.

can someone help to make the above sim-link to:

ASAP?

we will likely lose donations if we don't correct this.
