[Imc-tech] Re: help needed with imc-us-editorial list

E-mail sent to any public list is public domain unless explicitly 
noted otherwise.

If the editorial body wants to privatise their list, that's a 
simple change in the configuration, but it's not in the scope 
of us techies to make such a decision.
