[IMC-Tech] internet in the basement

Tech Group,

I haven't had a chance to swing by in the last couple of days, but I'm being
told by other BTPers that there's no internet service in the basement.
They've rebooted the workstations down there (which are set to autodetect
internet settings) but apparently still aren't connecting.

Does anyone have a thought about why?  Have we completely migrated to
insight?  Are there some changes still required in the basement or new
settings?
