Here's a summary of things we need to get resolved with Insight (Dan,
can you make the contact?):

1) Is there a higher capacity SMTP server than mail.insightbb.com that
we can use. Does mail.insightbb.com (or any other SMTP server that we
might use) have any limits on the volume of mail that we can send
through it? I don't want us to get blacklisted for our normal amount
of mail volume (which can be quite high, some of our mailing lists
have (legitimately) over a thousand users).

2) When will we get a real static IP address? When they give us a real
static IP address will it be properly registered as such in the RIR
registration info in Whois? Will they give us reverse DNS (PTR)
records of our choosing?

3) There seems to be a misconfiguration on the DNS servers that they
assign to us via DHCP. If you try to do a forward lookup on the
dynamic hostname that is associated with any insight PTR record it
fails on the DNS servers we've been assigned but does not fail for
other DNS servers. This is causing all kinds of complaints from
tcpwrappers.
