[IMC-Tech] Uploading files to ucimc.org

Hi tech,

I would like to be able to create pages and upload files to  
www.ucimc.org as a member of the finance working group.  I used to  
have full permission to do this with the old site, but my login and  
password don't work any more.

Could someone give me access and the basic info for how to create a  
page, upload files, and link to those files in drupal.
