Pauline, it looks like your domain aliceinradioland.org currently uses
ns.cu.groogroo.com and ns2.cu.groogroo.com as it's registered name
servers. You need to change that to ns.chambana.net and
ns2.chambana.net with your domain registrar (aparently Network
Solutions). The cu.groogroo.com name servers haven't actually worked
for a few years. I probably emailed you a couple years ago about
changing them and it got lost in the shuffle.

I'm no longer involved in the regular operations of chambana.net as I
moved to Chicago. I'm Ccing this message to the tech group who can
help you out with getting your password updated and your account
working and get some billing action going on. Let me know if you need
any additional help that they can't provide.
