[IMC-Tech] imc net connection / gateway: dead slow

it sucks... but its cheaper than the alternative.  that not really
being the point... we needed something till we can get better.  when i
get back from tdv i will get imsahp behind the firewall so its subject
to the priority rules.  as it is now everything except imsahp is
behind the wall and thus at times kills the whole network.

as for cuwin work... i feel ya man.  i am dying here trying to upgrade nodes.
