Gary,
All I can do is cc this to IMC Tech.

One solution may be to reinstall the DSL line and dedicate it to RFU. We 
seemed to have minimal problems when we relied on it, which is weird 
since it had so much less rated capacity than cable. But I'm definitely 
not a network person, so I don't know if this is workable or not.
