Dan,
I took a look and this looks OK. Space has signed off on it.

This presumes that the entry line will be buried from the box over to 
the side of the building. There is a basement window on the west side of 
the building (into Sandra's studio) where the water meter reading line 
comes out. I presume that the hole it comes out of is big enough to run 
the cabling entry line through also. This avoids making any new holes.

If another hole needs to be made in that window frame, that is OK. 
However, if a hole needs to be made anywhere else, then please check 
back with me.

The plan for how the line runs inside the building sounds good. If you 
need to alter its location, use good judgment, but I don't anticipate 
there will be any issues that need further review as long as it's run 
where people won't snag it.
